Minsthorpe Students Look To Discover ‘Who Am I’

humanutopia Logo

We have invited an organisation called humanutopia in to work with 9 Davy on Tuesday 25th April and Moore on Wednesday 26th April. Your child will be asked to participate in this very exciting and innovative event.

The project is called Who Am I and is a day-long experience which deals with important teenage issues around personal awareness, peer pressure and conformity. It will also encourage the students to reflect on their life chances, encouraging them to have high hopes and aspirations for their future. The day has been designed to help young people discover a more authentic side to who they are. On the day of the workshop your child will have a late Snack Break 1 at 10.50 am.

The experience is designed to empower young people to develop critical life skills and take motivation and ownership of their education. This will be a positive and memorable experience for your son/daughter and we feel it is a perfect complement to their academic studies.
