EXAM INVIGILATORS

Required AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

£9.74 per hour – term-time only (hours and times to be negotiated)

We are seeking to increase our pool of Exam Invigilators to help supervise the running of College Examinations.

Duties will include supervision of students during internal and external examinations. No experience is necessary, as full training will be given. However, an ability to relate well to students is essential.

Our most recent Ofsted report (2018) described us as a “Good college” where “Pupils were found to have positive attitudes to their learning in their lessons, showing respect towards teachers and their peers.”

The successful candidates will have to meet the requirements of our Personnel Recruitment specification and be subject to an enhanced DBS check. A prohibition from teaching check will also be completed for all applicants.

CHILDCARE PRACTITIONER

Required AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Full-time (37 hours per week) or Part-time (18½ hours per week) available Salary Grade: G4 – £18,795-£19,171 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Early Years Level 3 practitioner, who has a loving and caring nature to join our friendly and professional team.

The chosen candidate will need to have specific experience working with children aged 0-5 years, and be able to assist the Team Leaders and other childcare practitioners across the centre in providing a safe, caring, stimulating environment for the children in our care.

Happy Days is committed to Safeguarding and Safer Recruitment and so will offer a full induction and professional development programme for the chosen candidate. The candidate will be required to have a good understanding and working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and be able to carry out the role of a key person within the setting, nurturing, supporting and developing a group of key children. A good knowledge of Safeguarding within an early years setting will also be required. The candidate must also hold a relevant Early Years Qualification as found on the DFE Early Years Qualification check website (Legal requirement)

We will also ask the successful candidate to complete any of our mandatory training courses that they do not already possess via our e-learning programme prior to their start date with us. These include safeguarding, behaviour management, food hygiene etc

Catering Assistant
