Grade 7 (Point 26-29) Salary £23,166 – £25,694
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated IT Services Assistant Team Leader with an excellent understanding of communications and network technologies and the ability to apply this to an educational setting.
In conjunction with the Team Leader you will be responsible for making a step change in Minsthorpe Community College’s use of ICT in teaching and learning and maximising the value delivered from the ICT investment throughout the College.
Working with the IT Services Team Leader and other key staff to develop a vision for the use of ICT across all areas of the College and then drive and manage the implementation of this vision demonstrating measurable and significant gains in the capability of staff and their use of ICT.
As second in department, you will deputise for the IT Services Team Leader in their absence and be responsible for the management of resources to specify, design, plan, estimate, build and support programmes of software systems development work to time, budget and quality targets in accordance with enterprise and solution architecture and standards to meet defined business needs.
The successful candidate will have to meet the essential requirements of our Job Specification and be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
