What are Vivos and how can students earn them?
Vivo Miles are electronic points which are awarded to students who are learning and behaving ‘The Minsthorpe Way’.
Teachers have a budget of Vivos that they can use each week and are looking out for students who are meeting the 6 R’s:
What can students buy with my Vivo points?
A range of items are available for example; top-up credit and high-street gift vouchers, cinema tickets, jewellery and watches, sports equipment, health and beauty items, and stationery products, computer games and electronic gadgets. Why not click on to your child’s Vivo account with them to browse all the products on offer.
If students purchase a small item, it will be delivered to College and they will be asked to sign to say they have received it. Larger items arrive in the form of a product specific voucher which they will need to take to any Argos store to claim their prize. Students should understand that their prizes may take 2-3 weeks to arrive at College.
How do students log on to Vivo?
Each student is issued with a user name and password. They need to keep these safe in order to be able to log on and buy products. To log on students should;
- Go to www.vivomiles.com
- Enter your username, password and domain as indicated on your welcome letter
- Click on the login button
If students have forgotten their user name and password then they must visit the General Office during their social times when the password can easily be reset for them.
Students can log on at any time to see which teachers have been rewarding them and for what reason. They can also see how many Vivos they have been rewarded compared to other students.
Support your child by ensuring they maximise their Vivo totals. Encourage them to be the best that they can be!
