We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Data Manager to work alongside our Senior Data Manager and Data & Performance Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in the college’s journey to outstanding by providing high quality student performance data for senior leaders and classroom teachers in addition to maintaining the college’s SIMS systems.
You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the college’s use of strategic and operational data, producing clear, concise, accurate information to support Senior Leaders in raising standards of performance in college. Excellent technical and organisational skills, with good attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to interrogate, analyse and present complex data.
This post demands a very high strategic level of understanding of data management and its complexities. There is a very high demand for precision in this post, and the work involves making frequent decisions and exercising own initiative. The post holder will drive and recommend how the college should collect data and use it to ensure college self-evaluation with the aim of raising standards across the college.
The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of our Personnel Recruitment specification and be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
